Membership of the Barn Theatre

Membership is open to all...

Members of the Barn Theatre receive the club magazine, Barn News, free every month. It gives full information on special events, club evenings, play readings, theatre outings, parties and other social events as well as details of auditions which are to be held for the plays in the forthcoming season. These events are normally free but when tickets are required, usually when refreshments are supplied, they are available from behind the bar.

Auditions are open to the general public, but if selected for a role you will have to become a Member in order to participate. Those who prefer to take a backstage role in helping with the staging, simply volunteer their services to the Director, Stage Manager or Production Manager of each production, though they are also welcome at auditions.

The first night of each production can be booked by members for the reduced price of £10.00 (normally £13.00).

When there is no show running in the theatre, the bar is still open Monday — Friday from 9pm — 11pm and Sunday 1pm — 3pm.

Youth (under 18) from £15.00
Student (over 18 but SU cardholder) from £15.00
Ordinary (over 18) from £35.00
Senior (over 65) from £25.00
