Jon Brown

Jon trained with Big Spirit Youth Theatre and has enjoyed a diverse acting and directing career. Stage credits include Twelve Angry Men, A Slice of Saturday Night, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, King Lear, Mojo, All My Sons, Cabaret, The Darling Buds of May, Wait Until Dark, Art, The Importance of Being Earnest, The Elephant Man, The 39 Steps and Closer.

Directing credits include 84 Charing Cross Road, Deathtrap, The Graduate, The Diary of Anne Frank, Jerusalem and Frankenstein.

Jon has also staged his own self-penned play, called Wishes. It’s a play that focuses on two ordinary people - both with a past, both with a future and which explores our strengths, weaknesses, vulnerabilities and desires; illustrating how they surface when we wish for something.
